About Enea Katundu

Enea Katundu is a versatile, creative and innovative Leadership and Change Management Expert with solid knowledge of Democratic Governance and Sustainable Development. His core competencies include strategy development; team leadership; quantitative and qualitative research methods; investigations; work systems review and staff capacity building; community mobilization; project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; budgeting and finance management; women and youth empowerment; sexual, reproductive health and rights (SRHR); older persons research and programming; public policy analysis; political economy analysis (PEA); and report writing. He has worked for the Government of Malawi in the teaching service, human resources management and development, and anti-corruption. He also has experience working with political parties in the SADC region including in Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi and Zambia. As a consultant, he has successfully offered services to reputable local and international organisations including the Government of Malawi, Mzuzu University, Malawi National Planning Commission, Malawi Parliament, World Bank, Tilitonse Foundation, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Banyan Global, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Labour Organisation (ILO), Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), French Embassy in South Africa, Action Aid Malawi, SRHR Africa Trust, Oxfam Malawi, Democracy Works Foundation, and NGO Gender Coordination Network among others.
