As the Commercial Manager Renewable Materials at Plastrans Technologies GmbH, I lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for sustainable packaging and circular plastic production and consumption. I work with a multidisciplinary team of experts, partners, and stakeholders to design, test, and products and processes that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and the environment. I have a strong background and passion for global sales and marketing, with a master's degree in Global Sales and Marketing in B2B from the University of Upper Austria and an Erasmus exchange semester at the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences. I have also completed two certifications in The New Plastic Economy - Circular Business Models and Sustainability from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. I leverage my sales and marketing skills and knowledge to promote and communicate the value proposition and benefits of our bioplastic solutions to various markets and segments, as well as to identify and seize new opportunities for growth and expansion. I have over five years of experience in international sales and account management, working with clients from different countries and cultures, and delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction. I have successfully negotiated and closed multiple large contracts, increased the sales revenue and market share of Plastrans, and established long-term and loyal relationships with key accounts. I have also participated and won the InnoCamp 36, a prestigious innovation competition, with a bioplastic project that addressed a global challenge. I am a motivated, proactive, and collaborative leader, who enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging environment, and who is always eager to learn and improve.
