Welcome to my profile! I’m an ambitious engineer with a continuous drive to learn and expand my skill set. My academic journey began with an innovative and interdisciplinary study program in NanoEngineering, where I specialized in nano(opto)electronics. Afterwards, I joined the High Frequency Electronics department as a PhD student, spending nearly six years working on terahertz emitters based on resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs). These compact, fundamental oscillators served as the core of my research and gave me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire development chain—from RF design, chip layouting, and TCAD simulations, to fabrication process development and semi-automated far-field RF measurements at frequencies up to 750 GHz. Recently, I’ve started a new chapter at KROHNE Messtechnik as an R&D Engineer, focusing on algorithms for precision level measurement systems based on RADAR technology. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow in a new domain, while I also work toward completing the final phase of my doctoral thesis.
