About Engin K.

Growing up, I was always fascinated by the inner workings of every toy, game, and gadget I could get my hands on. I would often disassemble them to understand how they functioned and attempt to rebuild them to their full functionality. Although some attempts were unsuccessful and resulted in broken toys, I never let that discourage me. Instead, I learned valuable lessons from my failures and applied them to my next experiments, which led to greater successes. My insatiable curiosity has always been my greatest asset, giving me the ability to identify opportunities and reinvent and recreate existing ideas. Initially, starting my career in Customer Service seemed like an odd choice, given my bachelor's degree in business. However, I soon realised that it was a great opportunity to understand the most important asset of any organisation: the people. I was fortunate enough to gather diverse views and opinions to create solutions that promote productivity. My first recruitment role was eye-opening as it revealed the need to combine my knowledge of people with my passion for problem-solving. I enjoyed utilising my critical people skills to create innovative solutions for businesses.
