About Engin Kursun
As a Prof. Dr. at Ataturk University, I have been teaching and researching in the field of instructional technology for more than ten years. I have a PhD in instructional technology from Middle East Technical University and a visiting research fellowship from The Open University in the UK and Oldenburg University in the Germany. I am passionate about creating and enhancing learning environments that leverage technology, innovation, and pedagogy. I have contributed to the development and management of the Ataturk University Distance Education Application and Research Center (ATAUZEM). Also I managed Ataturk University Computer Center which serve more than students and personals. I have experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating online courses and programs, as well as in promoting safe and ethical internet use and human-computer interaction. My research interests include open and distance learning, technology-enhanced learning environments, e-learning quality, and digital citizenship.
