For more than 12 years, I have been working in the automotive sector, with expertise in total vehicle development, vehicle safety, type approval, production quality, and software development. For the past 8 years at BMW Group, I have taken on increasingly strategic roles, currently managing the CO₂ fleet balance for the Chinese market within the Efficient Dynamics department. My career has spanned global type approval, safety testing, and IT project leadership, collaborating with international partners and external companies. These experiences have given me deep expertise in regulatory compliance, fleet efficiency, and innovation management. I hold an MBA and a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Munich, complemented by international study and professional experience. This demonstrates my ability to adapt to changing conditions and situations with flexibility. I am passionate about electromobility, strategic automotive development, customer insights, and digitalization.
