With over 5 years of experience in the development sector, I am deeply committed to driving positive change and advocating for gender equality (GEWE) and social justice. Currently, I serve as a Senior Advocacy and Support Officer at the Africa Leadership Foundation, where I play a pivotal role in program and project management and implementation, advocacy, community development and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in research, proposal and concept note development and effective project delivery, I have contributed to the success of donor-funded projects from leading organizations such as Oxfam in Africa, Plan International, Afreximbank, MSD for Mothers and the African Union. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong track record of project coordination, teamwork, and innovation. Whether collaborating with cross-functional teams or mobilizing communities for action, I approach every opportunity with enthusiasm, empathy, and a drive to make a difference.In addition to my work in the development sector, I am also deeply interested in data analytics. I believe that data-driven insights can significantly enhance our ability to address social challenges. I am currently exploring opportunities to integrate data analytics into my work, leveraging technology and innovation to inform decision-making and optimize programme outcomes.I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals, organizations, and changemakers who share a passion for social change and sustainable development.
