About Enis Gunic

I am a driven and versatile HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition. I have a strong background in HR administration, HR generalist, and T.A. I have a educational background in Work Science from Malmö University. I am currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR-Generalist at BASF, where I support the transformation project and the transfer of services from Sweden and U.K to Berlin. In my current role, I work closely with the hiring team to build up a robust and efficient hiring strategy for each open role, develop extensive pipelines, candidate talent pools, execute pre-screening, shortlisting of candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and represent BASF at recruiting events. I also investigate and accommodate the use of cost-effective tools and online platforms that enable us to connect with the best talent. I leverage my skills in human resources with high-quality results and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
