About Enrique Gomez
Hello! I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor's degree in marketing in the summer of 2022. I wanted to pursue multiple paths after graduation. This ranged from being involved in a non-profit organization to curate social media pages for others. I currently work with City Year, a national non profit organization in Los Angeles, to support youth in under-resourced schools across the LAUSD. I believe that everyone, including children, have the right to equal opportunities in their daily lives. So often, these schools are “forgotten” or labeled “inferior” to other schools in a privileged area causing these students to have outdated or little to no opportunities for their futures. I want to cultivate the minds of individuals and others throughout society to show that their potential is limitless, no matter where they come from.
