With over 25 years of public health expertise.I hold a MD, MPH, and EIS degree, and I am fluent in four languages. My core competencies include maternal and Child health continuum of care, nutrition, immunizations, global health security, clinical trials, epidemiology, and resilient health systems. Currently leading Bussiness Development and AI in Health and Program Quality Control in a Ma in DRC. As a technical expert on the Global Fund's panel for Resilient, Sustainable Health Systems, I provide guidance on pandemic preparedness and response, surveillance and laboratory systems, anti-microbial resistance, biosecurity, and commodities and supply systems. I also lead the global health dialogue on reducing fragmentation, promoting UHC, PHC, and SDGs, and fostering south-south cooperation. Throughout my career, I have held influential roles in development and humanitarian sectors, such as Bolivia's Minister of Health, Sports, and Social Welfare, and senior positions at CDC, Sanofi Pasteur, JSI and World Vision. I have managed large and complex projects, mobilized resources, and built partnerships across diverse stakeholders in Africa, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. My passion is to improve the health and well-being of people and communities, especially the most vulnerable and marginalized, by integrating service delivery, data for decision-making, outbreak control, and multisectoral health strategy implementation. I also advocate for the One Health approach, which recognizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, ecological health, and climate change. I am committed to advancing country health policies,create a more equitable, resilient, and sustainable global health in an AI innovative ecosystem.
