I am a Product Manager at Questrade Financial Group, where I lead the development and enhancement of QuestMortgage, a digital mortgage platform that simplifies and streamlines the home buying process for customers. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from CIBC. My core competencies include stakeholder management, presentations, and product road mapping. Prior to joining Questrade, I was a Business Consultant and a Business Analyst at CIBC, where I worked on several projects related to real estate secured lending, such as implementing mMortgage, a digital application platform for mortgage advisors, integrating underwriters and back-office groups into the system, and complying with the QC Consumer Protection Act. I have strong skills in agile methodology, user story creation, prioritization, and sign-off, as well as business process improvement and change management. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction. I value collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning, and I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
