In my current sales position in the Hosiery/Lingerie Department, I am a bra Fit Certified Specialist and a Prosthesis Certified Specialist. I have product knowledge in both of these intimate areas maintaining the utmost sensitivity and privacy for customers. The Post Mastectomy expertise allows me to use my strong customer service skills along with my administrative organizational skills to work one-on-one with the customer and independently to handle confidential HIPAA guidelines. In my previous position as an administrator in a full-line, high volume Nordstrom, I maintained an efficient and functional environment while providing administrative support for a fast-paced department. I have a knack for customer service, problem solving and work well independently, with little oversight.
