About Eoin Clay

Hello my name is Eoin, I am a third year student at Nottingham Trent University (NTU) studying for a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, and am aiming to take my studies further with a masters degree in an undecided engineering field. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first two year at University, achieving high grades in exams, individual and group coursework projects. Due to which I have passed both years with a first class grade. During my free time I enjoy competitive chess, cooking and PC gaming. I am currently looking for summer placement opportunities within the aerospace industry to expand my experience within the subject as well as help me understand what I would like to specialise in. Although I would prefer aerospace, I would still very much consider other industries such as nuclear power, mechanics, etc. as it would still provide me with useful skills for my future career as an engineer.
