With over a decade of advancing human rights and labour law, my mission at Mandate Trade Union is anchored in championing workers' rights. My expertise lies in dissecting complex legal frameworks and advocating for equitable social conditions, ensuring that values of fairness and justice are upheld. My role allows me to leverage my extensive experience to influence policy and bring fresh perspectives to the table. My current pursuit of a PhD at Maynooth University, analyzing EU Labour Law's impact on aviation workers, directly complements my work experience. This scholarly endeavor sharpens my competencies in human rights, labour law and EU affairs, enabling me to craft strategies that address the challenges faced by hypermobile workers and contribute significantly to the broader dialogue on labour rights.
