About Eoin Cosgrave

A highly motivated technical leader, architecting, building, and delivering applications, services, and AI tools with global teams for more than 20 years. I have extensive experience building applications and services, APIs, working with IoT, AI, big data analysis and highly scalable microservices. I have set the technical direction for engineering teams large and small as a hands on engineering manager and product architect. I have personally written hundreds of thousands of lines of high-quality code across many programming languages, frameworks, stacks, and platforms. I am an entrepreneur and innovator who carries that spirit into my teams whether working in startups or research teams within large companies. I have a knack for envisioning the big picture while managing the finer details. This blend of ideator and executor allows me to drive initiatives from concept & vision to tangible results. Most recently, I led AI/ML and NLP/LLM innovation projects to transform investments in IoT data into cost reduction and operational efficiencies. Working with a team of researchers and developers we created predictive analytics models to reduced equipment downtime; we developed a conversational AI chatbot to increase operational efficiency; and we developed a natural language analysis tool to extract root cause categories from work order descriptions.
