Past roles have given me a broad range of experience across facilities, retail and hospitality management at all levels and growth into a leadership role with a multi-site business. My experience in sales, service and management roles has helped me improve my skills for working under pressure making quick decisions and solving challenging situations. Managing POS systems, databases & payment systems, carrying out repairs, maintenance logs and forecasting system developments for the company group. I have a natural flare and understanding of facility aspects and have been responsible for the fire systems, plumbing, electrical mechanical First aid, Health & safety, Procurement, food & beverage and all aspects of training.
