I am an experienced Technical Program Manager with over 20 years of expertise in driving innovative solutions and delivering results in the TV and entertainment industry. My career is built on a foundation of cross-functional collaboration, working with diverse teams to deliver impactful projects and transformative outcomes. In my most recent role as Director and Program Manager at Green Streams, I developed a robust, product-centric go-to-market strategy that drove our SaaS TV platform’s expansion into EMEA and APAC regions. Through collaborative efforts, we created a truly unique platform offering operators unparalleled flexibility to define their TV product logic, pricing, CMS, and customised, personalised UX/UI. This innovation quickly established our standing in the competitive entertainment technology landscape, enabling us to secure new customers and surpass both technical and business objectives. Previously at Zattoo, I managed the deployment of Android TV for Operators, aligning Tier 1 OEMs, content providers, and internal teams to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions for our customers. My leadership extended beyond project execution to include roadmap planning, operational efficiency, and supporting customer-facing teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value results.
