I am a Manager in the Financial Accounting & Advisory Services department in GT, working in the Business Process Outsourcing service line. Starting out on the graduate program in 2019, I have worked my way up to Manager over the past 5 years, by delivering high quality output consistently for both GT and our clients. I have gained excellent experience in my 5 years, across a number of fundamental areas: Accounts Payable | Accounts Receivable | Procurement | Indirect Tax Compliance | FS Prep | GL Accounting | Account Reconciliation | Automation | Process Improvement | Fixed Assets | Prepayments | Payroll | Cash & Bank | Intercompany | Audit Coordination | Transfer Pricing | Share Based Compensation | Global Standardisation Currently, I work as entity controller for 3 APAC entities and I am a process lead globally for fixed assets, prepayments & accruals for one of our largest US multinational clients. I manage a team of 2 trainee accountants in GT Ireland & 3 offshore accountants who report directly to me. I am responsible for their development, performance and ensuring we all work efficiently & effectively to provide an excellent service to our clients.
