About Eoin Lennon

As the Director of Innovation at Novum, I lead a team of engineers and researchers who are passionate about developing cutting-edge refrigeration solutions for the global market. With over 30 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative products that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and sustainability. One of my proudest achievements is the development of the patented LEAP® technology, a breakthrough cassette refrigeration system that uses propane as a natural refrigerant, reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80%. This technology has been recognized as a game-changer in the industry, winning multiple awards and accolades. I am also a thought leader and a speaker on topics such as refrigeration design, propane systems, and energy efficiency. My mission is to make a difference in refrigeration thinking and design, and to help Novum achieve its vision of becoming the world leader in refrigeration innovation.
