Often, I’d handle these calls during late-night system upgrades, times chosen to minimize customer impact. Currently, my focus is on development, building and refining programs and systems. I have a knack for quick learning and have a track record of creating documentation that goes beyond just user guides—it’s meant to support everyone on the team, whether they’re learning ERPs, new processes, firmware configurations, or installation protocols. My approach is all about clear and concise delivery, offering alternatives to what I sometimes refer to as “envisigner” speak. After all, there’s a pipeline for a reason. Beyond programming for electronic locks, I’ve created similar guides for mechanical locks and SQL database repair and maintenance. I see commonalities between databases and mechanical locks—they both require precision, an understanding of intricate details, and an appreciation for well-thought-out structure.
