I am constantly working to improve my technical skills and to maintain a good working knowledge of cutting edge technical developments. In addition to this I am always very conscious of the team effort required in any project and I am always interested in examining internal processes for possibilities for efficiencies. I feel that it is always important to maintain an awareness of the purpose of a particular solution within the overall scope of a project and I am always willing to suggest possible improvements and to work with clients to ensure that the solutions they receive are as expected and of the highest quality.
