Eoin's journey with 360 Search started in 2021 when he joined us as a specialist insurance recruiter, he brought with him a wealth of experience from a fast-paced brokerage environment. His deep understanding of the insurance industry, underpinned by his CIP designation, has been instrumental in shaping our approach to recruitment in this sector. During his time with 360, Eoin has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, leading to continued success in general insurance recruitment and selection. In his role as Recruitment Manager for our Insurance team, Eoin has shown an outstanding ability to manage and grow the team, specialising in Junior to Senior insurance roles within the broker and direct insurer space. His transition through recruitment and account management positions has prepared him well for his new role as Operations Manager.
