I'm the Managing Director of Peak Physio, Physiotherapist with the Irish Amateur Boxing High Performance team and Health and Wellness Consultant to a number of Corporate Companies. I qualified from Brunel University in 2004 and since then have worked with a number of high level athletes and sporting teams. I continued to develop my expertise whilst working in highly-respected private practices in Ireland and New Zealand. Working with such team as Irish Amateur boxing, Irish Athletics, Cork Gaa, Munster railway cup and UCC rugby. I am particularly skilled in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries with a particular emphasis on functional rehab prescription, FMS, manual therapy, dry needling and shockwave therapy. I believe in clinical excellence. I achieve the best outcome with my clients by continuously studying the most up to date research and by attending seminars and workshops by world leading Physiotherapist's and Strength & Conditioning experts. Most recently i went to work in Iten's high performance training centre in Kenya. I worked with international triathletes and witnessed the training methods of the renowned Br O'Connell coach of Olympic champion and world record holder David Rudisha. I set up Peak Physio in 2013 with the aim to of establishing a clinic which offers more. We are a dynamic and innovative clinic. With education at the heart of our ethos. I am also involved in developing and initiating corporate health and wellness programmes. We have continued to thrive and now have three clinics in Dublin, we are located in Ballsbridge,Clarendon St, Dublin 2 and Rathfarnham. I am also a keen sportsman with a strong competitive background in Rugby and Athletics having won national titles in both. So i fully understands the demands on your body to compete at your Peak.
