I’m a Sales Leader, Entrepreneur, and Executive Coach with 18 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams that drive sustainable growth. My background spans sales, strategy, and leadership development across global tech organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. At Google, I built and led teams that delivered measurable impact. Starting in Technical Operations, I supported enterprise customers on Google Analytics before becoming Team Lead and scaling operations across EMEA. Transitioning into Sales, I launched Google’s first Analytics 360 Account Management team in Dublin, managing full-cycle sales across pipeline generation, account expansion, and renewals. I also led the GMP Channel Partner Program for EMEA, driving joint growth with certified partners. As Sales Manager for Google’s Data & Measurement business in CEE and the Alpine region, I managed Senior Account Managers, designed territory strategies, and delivered 15% year-over-year growth. I collaborated cross-functionally to define sales motions, build playbooks, and strengthen customer relationships at the executive level. After Google, I founded an Executive Coaching and Training company focused on leadership development, goal setting, and decision-making—helping leaders operate effectively through change and ambiguity. I’m certified in MEDDPICC for Managers, hold a Mastering Sales certification from Kellogg Executive Education, and am a member of Pavilion.
