Currently I hold the role of “Service Delivery Manager” in charge of the safe and comfortable journey of passengers through Dublin Airport. This role involves leading,coordinating and managing a team in the Service Delivery department of an International Airport on a day to day basis. Interviewing for new staff and also performance management of current staff fall under the remit of this role. Dealing with and building relationships with stakeholders in the form of Airlines and third party companies who operate within Dublin Airport is one of the most enjoyable parts of this role. I have over six years experience in B2C and B2B sales and account management. During this time I gained experience working with clients ranging from small local business to large nationwide companies. I consider myself to be highly driven to succeed and learn in any field I apply myself too. I have vast experience and a genuine interest in providing an excellent customer experience.
