About Eoin Walsh

I am a Chartered Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Project Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have 16 years’ experience with 14 years in a management role in projects valued up to $950million. In my current role, I am contracts manager for a major power industry contractor for two major projects in the UK with a combined value exceeding €100million. Previously I have been a project manager, both as client and contractor, in Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Qatar and Ireland and I have continually delivered projects ahead of schedule and under budget. I have particular experience in operations, construction management, project supervision and I have a strong commercial focus. I have successfully managed a number of EPC/Design and Build projects. I have experience in Heavy Industry, Gas Turbine (CCPP) Power Stations, Immersed Tube Tunnel Construction, Major Highway Projects, Marine works, Wastewater, Sewerage and Potable Water. I have excellent project & people management skills and I am commercially perceptive. I am skilled in contract administration, procurement, cost and value management, project planning, project estimating, tendering and site management.
