17 years of marketing leadership experience with 7 years in digital marketing. I have worked on market leading and challenger brands in FMCG, Online, Pharma, and Telecoms. An excellent track record of developing and executing marketing and digital strategies that deliver business growth. These opportunities have allowed me to develop a broad range of marketing skills. From product & proposition development, brand positioning, TTL and digital campaign development by leading and collaborating cross functionally and externally with the best creative, digital and media agencies in Ireland and internationally. I developed my digital marketing skills through further training and digital roles. I've worked across all elements of digital marketing from digital strategy to the development of new UX and an ecommerce site. I worked tirelessly on the optimisation of the online customer journey. I created an entire brand web presence through creating exciting social media campaigns and developing superior display and PPC/SEO campaigns. This was delivered and improved through the use of google analytics 360. I am tech and data savvy, highly numerate and data driven with decisions. I work well leading and within teams with a strong collaborative approach and experience in local to large international matrix organisations.
