I currently hold the role of Senior Surveillance & Intelligence Officer at Barrick Porgera Joint Venture, where I specialize in Surveillance and Intelligence within the Asset Protection Department. My expertise lies in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, intel-gathering, loss prevention and continuous skills development through ongoing trainings. With a strong foundation as an Asset Protection Supervisor in the retail industry, I bring proficiency in Internal Security, Investigations, CCTV monitoring, and also able to operate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoints. My background encompasses Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety practices. Recently certified in Basic First Aid by PNG Red Cross, I am equipped to manage workplace injuries, including providing immediate care for minor incidents, preparing detailed medical reports, and overseeing follow-ups for injured staff. My skill set extends to Security Operations, Investigations, Report writing, and utilizing CCTV observations for comprehensive monitoring and analysis. I launched my career in animal care, working as an Animal Keeper with a focus on animal health. This role honed my expertise in managing animal diseases, health, nutrition, welfare, and training. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology, specializing in the Agriculture Department.
