As an Alliance Director, I intensely focus on finding win-win business opportunities with Kavkom's existing and future customers, which implies firstly and mainly to deeply understand the business and expectations of clients in the VoIP market sector: partners and final clients. In this perspective,the critical factor of success is to think long term: this is obvious when we deal about VoIP or Telecom, this is more than that when we talk about partnership. This is where this job is exciting: you must constantly articulate strategic vision and operational responsiveness. En tant que Directeur des alliances et des partenariats, je me concentre intensément sur la recherche d'opportunités commerciales gagnant-gagnant avec les clients existants et futurs de Kavkom. Ce métier implique avant tout et principalement de comprendre en profondeur le business et les attentes des clients dans le marché de la VoIP : les partenaires et les clients finaux. Dans cette perspective, le facteur critique pour réussir est de penser à long terme : cela est évident lorsqu'il s'agit de VoIP ou de Télécom, cela l'est encore plus lorsqu'il s'agit de partenariat. C'est là ou ce métier est passionnant : il faut articuler en permanence vision stratégique et réactivité opérationnelle.
