As the Director of Client Services at Smart FBA Inc, I innovate client-centered workflows and solutions, continuously enhancing our service delivery. I lead a team of talented professionals who provide e-commerce consulting and management services to Amazon sellers across the globe. We help our clients optimize their online presence, increase their sales, and grow their businesses. I have a BAAS in Business, Communication, and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas, where I graduated in 2021. I also have multiple certifications in behavior analysis, speech-language pathology, and Helium 10 Keyword Analytics. I am fluent in Spanish and have taught English as a second language in Spain, where I honed my intercultural and communication skills. I am a United States Air Force veteran, with experience in flight operations, environmental coordination, and base honor guard scheduling. I have also been in the e-commerce industry on multiple platforms for about 4 years as Amazon seller and consultant myself. My greatest passion is the pursuit of growth as a lifelong learner, and building connections with others. This quality characterizes the values I implement in my professional career, and in my current role at Smart FBA. I am highly adaptive, motivated, and eager to learn from others and grow with my team. I have cultivated a repertoire of skill sets by fulfilling several collaborative roles across multiple industry disciplines, such as communication, SEO keyword analysis, PPC AD Campaigns, leadership, coaching, human behavior, client relationship management, customer service, and graphic design.
