About Eqbal Sarjami

I am a software engineer with over 11 years of professional experience and have been programming since I was 11 years old (about 19 years now). Currently, I work as the Lead Software Architect at Sprinque, where I designed and implemented the entire infrastructure and many of the back-end product features.I am a Kubernetes enthusiast and have been working with it and other cloud-native products (e.g. Prometheus) since 2016. My experience ranges from deploying small back-end services to maintaining a cluster on EKS, to deploying and maintaining a large cluster on bare-metal servers in a private data center. Additionally, I have experience with AWS managed services with my current company.I served as the CTO of a leading tech company in Iran, Cafe Bazaar, which has over 400 employees, including 120+ technical staff, for about 2.5 years. During my tenure, I helped migrate the company from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture and establishing a robust infrastructure to scale the product and streamline development processes. I also played a key role in guiding technical teams to make optimal technical decisions and led the hiring committee for all technical positions.Throughout my career, I have primarily worked with Python and Django, accumulating over 11 years of experience, but I also have some experience with Go.
