Silo system. • Ash Water Recovery system, De-watering Bin System, Eco Hoppers,(Dry & Wet Ash) Fly Ash conveying system. • Slurry series pump, water pump, drain pit ejectors, Hydro injector & Screw oil free compressor • To plan and oversee all engineering work at the plant mechanical breakdown and shutdown maintenance, Co-ordinate all mechanical jobs with respect to existing factory equipment/process & system. • Enormous knowledge of the operation and maintenance of AHP & related mechanical equipment. • Outage planning spares planning, maintenance of the rotating machines. • Lead the team in maintaining Mechanical Equipment’s (IAC, pipe line, Vacuum pumps, Gear box, pumps, etc.) for routine, preventive & predictive Maintenance & annual overhauls. • Impart and ensure thorough knowledge of Safety practices, safety tagging system, first aid and firefighting systems among maintenance persons.
