Presently working as a QA/QC Senior Engineer in PP Rolling Mills Mfg. Co. Pvt limited Faridabad ( Fabrication of Heavy Machines Hot Rolling Mills /Tube Mills, Gear Box for high torque application, EOT Cranes and Manufacturing of Heavy/Precision Engineering Equipment as per customer design etc.)*Worked in Grand Prix Engineering Private Limited Faridabad from September 2018 to January 2024 as a Production Engineer (Fabrication of Filters, Various types of Elements,Strainers, Silencers, Pressure vessels, Hear Exchangers etc.).* Worked in Isgec heavy engineering Ltd Yamunanagar from July 2014 to September 2018.I have spend approx 4 years in Quality Inspection/Fabrication Production Engineer( Fabrication of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels and Boilers etc.)* Looking fabrication/Inspection activities of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boiler drum, Silencers, Filters, Strainers,Coalscers, Separator etc.*Marking and cutting of shell belt for Pressure vessels,Heat Exchangers,Boiler drum, Filters, Strainers,Coalscers,Saparator, Silencers etc.*Nozzle marking,Dish end marking inspection, Cutting and nozzles set up as per drawing and workshop calculations.*Knowledge of Welding Processes like SMAW, GTAW,SAW,FCAW,MIG,MAG,SASC,ESSC etc.*Knowledge of various NDT Processes like VT,DPT,MPT,UT,RT.*Co-ordination with different departments like Cutting yard,Store, Quality, Machine shop,Design and Planning department for better flow of materials during Production.*Manpower Handling.*Inspection final dimensions, Hydro testing, Painting and final dispatch activities.
