I’m a strategy and finance professional with international experience across both the public and private sectors. I began my career at the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt, where I built a solid foundation in economics and financial systems. I then spent nearly three years at BCG in Milan, advising clients—across industries—on strategic transformations, performance improvement, and M&A topics. Currently, I’m a Director at FTI Consulting, where I support companies and investors on complex strategic and financial challenges. My work often focuses on business planning, value creation, and transaction support, blending analytical depth with a practical, execution-oriented mindset. I enjoy working in environments where strategic thinking and financial insight come together—whether it's helping a company reposition for growth or supporting an investor such a Private Equity (PE) fund through a critical deal or portfolio initiative.
