I am a respected personality and leader, pragmatic, empathetic, people-oriented and results-driven, with a dynamic approach that links the different functions of the business, working through M&A, reorganisation and restructuring where necessary. I have worked in listed companies, cooperatives, family businesses, start-ups, in B2B, B2C and retail channels. Based in Italy but with a global business projection and development, after two years of experience in Sweden, I am ready to take on new challenges in the international arena, in new roles as CCO or CEO in innovative contexts eager to grow. I am a curious person with a positive energy and team spirit that I want to transfer to the company. I like to test and overcome my limits and, after a long experience in team sports, I practice numerous sports to train the balance between body and mind, such as ultra-marathons, mountain running and other endurance sports.
