I have expertise in employment law, clinical negligence, inquests, and professional discipline/regulatory matters. I share MDS's vision of empowering and protecting its members, and I strive to deliver high-quality and personalised legal advice and assistance to them. I also value diversity and inclusion, and I bring a multicultural perspective and linguistic skills to the team, as I can speak English, and Urdu fluently.As an In House Solicitor at MDS, I serve as a key legal advisor and advocate for the members on various legal issues and disputes, as well as an in-house legal advisor and HR function for MDS and Bapio group companies. I also contribute to team meetings and organisational priorities, strategic goals, and performance targets. I use my legal research, legal advice, and legal assistance skills to provide effective and efficient solutions for the members and the organisation.
