I have over 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on strategic planning, and project management. Previously, I was the Head of Small Hydro at Siemens Energy, leading an international team and overseeing business development for turnkey solutions. I also established strategic partnerships, built strong customer and supplier relationships, and optimized the portfolio to enhance competitive solutions. Before that, I held various leadership roles at Siemens, executing successful internal and external projects in Asia and Europe. I hold an MBA from Steinbeis-University-Berlin and a Diplom Engineer in Computer Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt am Main. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master and have completed an executive program in business strategy at INSEAD. I am fluent in German, Turkish, and English. My mission is to leverage my process engineering and business development skills to drive growth and innovation at Accenture and help the company achieve its goals.
