For a decade, Eric served as an Accreditation Audit and Compliance Deputy and Sergeant Manager, ensuring that BSO adhered to state and national law enforcement standards. He was instrumental in policy development, regulatory compliance, and agency audits, enhancing operational efficiency and accountability. His extensive FDLE certifications and continuous professional development have made him a trusted expert in criminal justice practices.
