Eric Aizer is a highly motivated, strategic thinking senior level technology executive with 20+ years’ experience leading enterprise level organizations as well as startups. Having spent the majority of his time in high tech, Eric has significant expertise in the internet and business-to-business sectors, developing and deploying world class strategies and processes. His unique expertise in this area was acquired during his years as a senior leader within the software industry working in both startup and established billion dollar publicly traded organizations. Eric has been driving the growth of L’il Monkeys Personalized Gifts Inc, one of North America’s fastest growing suppliers of hand-made personalized baby blankets, a business he co-founded in 2004. Eric is responsible for all operational aspects of the startup organization including finance, procurement, business partnerships, advertising and marketing. Currently, Eric is consulting for local tech organizations helping them with a number of functional areas: IT project and program management, technology assessments, technology procurement, contract negotiations, business transformations and software implementations.
