About Eric Alderman

I am an experienced strategy and operations consultant and military veteran who is passionate about transforming operations through technology adoption and visionary leadership. I have had the opportunity to see firsthand how deploying new technology can smartly disrupt legacy processes enabling talent to focus on the most impactful and rewarding aspects of work. My work is focused on taking a systematic approach to digitizing large asset portfolios and using the resulting data to make better decisions. I have had the pleasure of bringing our team's solutions to multiple industries over the last four years with a focus in Power and Utilities. I joined the consulting industry after serving four years as a Military Intelligence offer which helped me build my leadership acumen and understand how to deliver transformational change. I am a proud Atlanta transplant originally from Iowa. I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2014 with a cross-functional degree in the Communications of Science, Engineering, and Technology. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and also am trained in Lean Six Sigma. I am passionate about helping the professional transition of fellow military veterans.
