I have been working in customer service and online teaching for over 5 years now, with the majority of my experience revolving around support. My customer service experience has been largely over the phone but also via e-mail, live chat and social media as a customer service advisor. During my time in customer service, I have been able to develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a strong understanding of various customer service protocols including delivering consistently high levels of service and excellent customer service satisfaction rates. I am also an experienced online teacher with the ability to create interactive, interesting and engaging lectures that help foster a learning environment. I have worked alongside students of all ages and levels to help build their knowledge and develop their skills in areas such as Writing, Mathematics, English, Science and Computer Science. I have a proven track record of inspiring students to overcome academic subjects which can be difficult for them. I have also produced high ratings for lectures and for class attendance, and I have successfully helped students reach their potential. In addition, I have excellent time management and flexibility skills, which have enabled me to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage a classroom of students with different abilities, effectively. Overall, my professional experience in customer service, online teaching and technical support has helped me acquire the set of skills needed to provide quality service, support and teaching to any customers.
