I'm currently a Sr Manager of Vendor Operations for our North America Commercial Claims Global Delivery Center, called Claims Partner Operations. I currently have the pleasure of leading a team of 15 onshore Vendor Operation Specialist who work with our global strategic partners in several different continents. The team's responsibilities include ensuring our vendor partners meet all contracted SLAs, are setup for success through transition and into business as usual steady state, look for automation and efficiency improvements, and drive strong relationships with our stakeholders, customers, and vendor partners. I also help Veterans and Current service members transition into their next career and stay at Liberty Mutual. I had the pleasure of serving as co-leading our Veteran Diversity team called Valor; after serving my country for 19 years in the Army National Guard as an Officer. We work through program like Hiring our Hero's, Recruit Military, Skillbridge, and more to recruit talent, then create robust mentorship programs, battle buddies, regular community connections, Memorial Day & Veterans Day programing, and more. We have designed a community built on recruiting Veteran/Current Service Member/Spouse/Partners, retaining them, branding our efforts, creating community events, enhancing our culture and benefits, and communicating to our community. I recently wrote my first book as a passion project,"How to stay looking and feeling 10 years younger" A book helping men stay young. I constantly am told that I'm 28-30 not 40. This book helps men & women (85% applies to women) implement life hacks for: sleep, stress, fashion, skin, diet, exercise, Botox, and more. This book is not just about fitness, it takes all my military & corporate leadership discipline and mindset applied through an 80/20 principal to help people! I have 19 years of military leadership experience, ending my career as an Airborne Logistics Commander. I also have 15 years of insurance experience from sales, claims, call center, lean six sigma/problem solving, vender operations, capacity management, project management, and more.
