By working with my business partners, I have successfully helped my clients prepare for retirement, get out of debt, build credit, finance major purchases, or simply make their banking more convenient for their lifestyle. I have been able to help my customers improve their finances by uncovering opportunities that they did not realize could have an impact on their financial health. As a leader, I have helped to prepare my team for success both in their current roles and for promotions into other leadership roles. Through regular one on one coaching, structured team training, and creating job knowledge resources for my team, I have helped us find success as a team and individually. By taking a proactive approach to problem solving, I have created an environment where we seek out potential issues to avoid financial and reputational loss. Through the creation of detail oriented routines I have helped my branches achieve operational excellence. Through my education getting a MBA, I learned time management by balancing a full time job, a family, and my classes. I further developed my analytical, planning, research and communications skills. I also learned more about how to find a way to succeed in multiple situations and create impactful strategies for my teams.
