With 20 years in the Industry, I gained a valuable experience in corrosion protection for steel & multimetal substrates, for agricultural, construction, automotive, appliances, electrical, building and job-coater segments- Experience in Product Development, Technical Support, Purchasing, Project Management, Business Development- Product and Process know-how on pre-treatment, painting, but also on CapEx, Environmental Impact, Waste Water- Strong focus on sustainability aspects with experience in low temperature processes (cleaning / conversion coating / painting), Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), CO2 calculation, sustainable chemical product range selection- Developing anti-microbial, anti-scratch, anti-fingerprint business. My previous experience in Corporate Purchasing allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills and negotiation experience, always aiming to find a win-win situation for all parties involved. Even earlier, my chemical background naturally opened me the field of Product Development in the labs, paving-up the way to Technical Support at customers. This is where I gained the taste for connecting with people. I would be happy providing expertise and consultancy on conversion coatings & protective organic coatings. I am particularly keen on Henkel's BONDERITE paint pretreatments and direct-to-metal autophoretic process, but would happily support any project close to your heart, or re-direct you towards some of our numerous experts in Henkel.
