About Eric Augusto Sanchez

I have extensive customer service experience and gained essential interpersonal skills that I use daily. I am a very technical person who loves to analyze every problem and come up with a solution. My recent role was as a Procurement Analyst at PlantPlus Foods Canada Inc, a plant-based food manufacturing company. I coordinate purchasing and shipments. Ensuring production needs are met, and finished goods are delivered to the warehouse on time. Before I made the shift to the field of Supply Chain, I used to work as a Mixer Operator for the same company. I used to operate machines to blend food products. Working on the front line, and directly handling the product helped me accelerate my knowledge of the various products we work with which I leverage in my current role when planning purchases and shipments. Previously, I was a repair technician for electronics and other consumer products, and even before that, I used to work in customer service. All of these experiences, coupled with my analytical thinking, honed my skill set, and are what allow me to excel in roles that I take on.
