For the past seven years I have dedicated myself to excellence at Merck. In my current role of Employer Strategy Lead, I continuously assess the market to identify trends in the employer segment and develop above brand strategies for the Corporate Account Executive team. I am proud to work with a global healthcare company with a 125 -year history of working to make a difference. Merck’s mission is to improve the health and wellness of people and animals worldwide, and to expand access to medicines and vaccines. I have been recognized nationally within our company on multiple occasions. I was promoted into the Vaccine Key Customer Leader after success as an Vaccine Customer Representative in New Haven, CT. I came to Merck after two and a half years of leading the New England team at Thermo Fisher Scientific- ImmunoDiagnostics division. In my early career I worked as an agent in New York City, working with some of the top entertainment talent in the world. Our talent appeared on Law and Order, True Blood, Entourage, Mad Men and other highly rated programs and films. It was in this intense, highly competitive environment that I learned how to sell, how to lead a team, how to spot and develop talent and the art of negotiation – skills which have been essential to my success in pharmaceutical and biotechnology sales.
