I have operated businesses in the payment card issuing and acquiring spaces, the transaction processing business, and the mortgage lending and insurance spaces. In each of these areas, I’ve consistently delivered strong growth and profitability through metrics driven process construction and management and through the ability to build and manage exceptional teams. I have been fortunate enough to have had broad and varied exposures and responsibilities- among them, I have- Managed an operating budget in the hundreds of millions- Grown and operated a very large division of a Fortune 100 bank as well as multiple start up and turn-around businesses in the financial and FinTech spaces- Teamed closely with regulators as I steered companies in different industries through unusual and challenging regulatory hurdles- Managed the sell side of four acquisitions and have been on the buy side of more than a dozen company or portfolio acquisitions and integrations- Have raised over $250MM in funding from private investors, VCs, and private equity across multiple start-ups. I have a proven history of leading financial and FinTech companies to fast growth through strong process and personnel management and through innovation. I am interested in discussing and exploring opportunities that allow me to shape and grow a company that wants to leverage creativity and technology to achieve a leadership position.
