About Eric Bader

Eric Bader began his career as a classically trained artist and has since transitioned into finance. Since leaving the art world, Eric earned his MBA in Finance and Investments at Baruch's Zicklin School of Business and the CFA® designation. In Eric's current role, he is a Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer Eric is currently involved in corporate expansion projects and was heavily involved in the modeling and pricing of the BB & T acquisition. He is continually looking for new ways to expand the firm through both investment or internal expansion. In addition, Eric works on high-risk credits and special lending situations performing due diligence on many of the most sensitive and highly leveraged companies to ensure the proper management of Rosenthal’s exposure. Eric worked on a number of financial and technology based projects. He helped with the development and implementation of a corporate dashboard for the purpose of tracking financial performance across the firm. In addition, he focused on corporate development, including strategic marketing, technology and financial initiatives for Rosenthal. He helped establish Rosenthal’s marketing department, implement an integrated marketing campaign, and launch the refreshed corporate branding. Eric's business knowledge and experience balanced by a background in the arts and the humanities creates the ability to grasp business and technology needs as well as the skills to think past the obvious aspects of a situation. He has an intense interest in pursuing and overcoming difficult challenges, is unequivocally curious, works hard, and has the drive to make a difference. Eric is a member of the CFA Institute, NYSSA, as well as a number of other well-respected organizations. Eric also proudly supports many organizations that cater to supporting and providing opportunities for underserved youth. He loves all things sports and has completed numerous triathlons including 4 Ironman races.
