About Eric Bailey

Over the course of a career spanning over 25 years in the HRIS and ERP space, I have developed and continue to develop an extensive functional background in the Management and Implementation of HCM and ERP Systems. I have experienced all aspects of the implementation and upgrade life cycles in both "On Premise" and SaaS delivery models including: Workday, ORACLE and PeopleSoft. I've built a high functioning HRIS team, process and function from the ground up. As an HRIS Director, Manager, Analyst and as a Consultant, I have developed and performed program management, needs and requirements analysis, road mapping, process design, system design, project management, system configuration, system testing, data conversion, project documentation, user training, and post-implementation support. I believe in pursuing a strategy of fully integrated systems, utilizing integrated tools to meet complex business requirements. My objective is to be a part of a team within a dynamic organization where I can utilize my extensive experience and leadership skills to help that organization define and execute a best practice HCM, HRIS, ERP strategy.
