Eric was soon promoted to the role of Plant/Territory Manager, where he oversaw the plant team, developed operational strategies, and spearheaded the company's growth initiatives. His focus on building strong relationships and understanding customer needs allowed the company to achieve significant growth during his tenure. Further into his career, Eric transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations, managed the team, and implemented process improvements to increase productivity, cost controls, and overall efficiency. He excelled in this role, streamlining the operational process, resulting in increased productivity, better cost controls, and improved efficiency. Throughout his career, Eric also took on business development and people development responsibilities. He focused on developing a company culture that valued growth, development, and teamwork, resulting in a more engaged and motivated workforce. He developed training programs, mentored employees, and built a talent pipeline to ensure the company had the right people in the right roles.
